Highland Park is a dynamic community, with a unique, friendly, and creative personality.  Learn more about some of the great projects happening here:

McCallie Walls Murals Project:  Along McCallie Avenue, you can drive or walk through an ever-changing installation of beautiful and energizing murals.

Public Art in Tatum Park:  In 2015, Highland Park was awarded a Public Art grant by the city of Chattanooga, with the objectives of installing a sculptural playscape and engaging artistic facets into the park.

Latin Festival:  Every April, The Highland Park Commons is transformed into a dynamic and educational immersion into Latin culture.

HP Benevolence:  The Highland Park Benevolence Fund was set up as a tool for supporting residents in acute, one-time needs.  Residents and partners are able to support community projects through donations of time and finances.  All projects are reviewed and approved by the Benevolence Committee, which holds ad-hoc meetings to discuss potential projects.
